High School Graduates

 

For high school seniors attending IVC during Summer 2026 or Fall 2026 ONLY

Financial aid is not applicable to dual enrollment or concurrently enrolled high school students.

Financial Aid Process at IVC

Step 1: Complete the FAFSA or Dream Act

Step 2: Check WebSTAR (student portal) and your IVC Student Email (Outlook) to view any pending requirements.Click here for instructions on how to find student requirements.

Step 3: If required, submit the necessary documentation.

Step 4: Once awarded, create an account with BankMobile to receive your funds.

Important:
Federal regulations require you to provide an unexpired, government-issued photo ID to discuss any income information reported on your FAFSA

Additional Important Information:

  • Enrollment fee waivers are automatically applied if you are eligible for the California College Promise Grant (CCPG).
  • If you receive a Cal Grant email, log in to https://mygrantinfo.csac.ca.gov/ to report your college of attendance and verify your high      school graduation date.
  • If your file is complete and you are eligible, you will receive an email in Spring to view your award offer on WebSTAR.
  • You must declare an eligible major. Financial aid only pays for courses required for your chosen program of study.
  • You must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) to remain eligible for financial aid.
  • IVC does not participate in the Federal Student Loan programs.

Summer Financial Aid:

  • If you plan to attend IVC in Summer 2026, you must complete the 2025-2026 FAFSA

Contact the Financial Aid Office if:

  • Your FAFSA information has been rejected.
  • You have questions about your awards or why you were determined ineligible.
