Student ID Card

Obtain your IVC student ID card today!

Student IDs are on a walk-in basis and printed within minutes. We are located in the College Center (building 600) in the student dining area office labeled “Game Room.”

The digitally downloaded card is FREE and is valid for an entire academic school year, Fall-Winter-Spring-Summer. IVC is transitioning to the TouchNet 360u mobile application to access your digital ID card. Follow these easy steps to get your Touchnet 360U - Digital Student ID on your phone before that start of the term. 

  1.  Download the Touchnet 360U App. Go to the Apple Store or Google Play and Download “Touchnet 360U” then Find your School: Imperial Valley College.
  2. Once installed, select SSO account type. When prompted use “SSO” Account Type:, You will then receive this notice “Click” OK.
  3. Login using your Portal ID. Log in using you same IVC Portal or Email User ID and Password. Once you get to this you can update your Photo for Approval.
  4. Click the waffle menu to update ID photo. You will see the 9 dots in the Top right.  Click on Menu in Top Right Corner and select Update ID Photo.
  5. Submit photo for approval. Make sure to Follow the Guidelines and submit your photo for approval. Once approved you will have the photo appear in your App and your Mobile ID will be ready! With the Digital Desert Warriors One Card students can use their ID card as a Multipurpose ID, Library Card, Copy Card, Debit Card-on campus at vending machines. On the app you can also Navigate the campus, Add events and services to your calendar, Add funds to  your Desert Warriors One Card, Receive campus communications and event notifications.

Get Your Digital Desert Warriors One Card

The Digital Desert Warriors One Card is your official Imperial Valley College student ID. Your digital ID is FREE and is valid for the entire academic year: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.

IVC uses the TouchNet 360u mobile app for digital student IDs. We recommend setting up your Digital One Card before the start of the term.

How to Get Your Digital Student ID

  1. Download the TouchNet 360u app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and select Imperial Valley College as your school.
  2. Select SSO as your account type and click OK when prompted.
  3. Log in with your IVC credentials. Use the same username and password you use for your IVC Portal or student email.
  4. Upload your ID photo. Tap the nine-dot menu in the upper-right corner and select Update ID Photo.
  5. Submit your photo for approval. Follow the photo guidelines and submit your photo. Once approved, your photo will appear in the app and your Mobile ID will be ready to use.

Your Digital Desert Warriors One Card can be used as your student ID, library card, copy card, and for purchases at participating campus vending machines. Through the TouchNet 360u app, you can also add funds to your One Card, navigate campus, add events and services to your calendar, and receive campus communications and event notifications.
