Since you are applying to be a student in the police academy, your Live Scan Results will be sent to your house, not the college.
Request for Live Scan Services Form. You will fill this out and take it with you to the Livescan operator of your choice (list of current active live scan agencies below). You will then get a Clearance Letter directly from the Department of Justice that will need to be uploaded to the online application.
