Welcome to IVC Human Resources: 

At Imperial Valley College, we know that our greatest strength is our people. Whether you are faculty, staff, or a student worker, our Human Resources team, led by Associate Vice President Johanna Fisher, is here to support you every step of the way. We’re dedicated to making sure that everyone on our campus feels valued, safe, and empowered to grow. 

Our commitment to your success goes beyond just policies and procedures. Through initiatives like the Caring Campus Refresh, we’re creating an environment where everyone can thrive—because when you succeed, IVC succeeds. We’re also deeply committed to our comprehensive Title IX program, which is here to ensure that our campus remains a place of safety and equity for all. If you ever need support or guidance, our Title IX Coordinator, Johanna Fisher, and our deputy coordinators are just a call or visit away. 

Our goal is simple: to provide you with the resources, support, and encouragement you need to do your best work and make a positive impact on our community. We’re not just here to manage processes—we’re here to help you succeed.
